This recent post about making 10mm forests I found particularly interesting, as it is not a method I had ever seen or considered before, and I really like the results.

http://lordashramshouseofwar.blogspot.com/2014/02/10mm-forests-how-to.htmlCraig Welterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11364429009629228367noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3103967522725268062.post-74253056905241604982014-06-08T15:42:08.478-07:002014-06-08T15:42:08.478-07:00First off, congratulations on the pending arrival ...First off, congratulations on the pending arrival of the little one. I hope that it is a future wargamer in the making. I have found your blog an excellent source of eye candy and inspiration throughout the years and I particularly like the attention to give to terrain and overall presentation. Those cabinets and table are only dreams for most of us.

The post that has had the biggest impression on me is the one where you introduce Longstreet;
http://lordashramshouseofwar.blogspot.com/2013/09/a-game-of-longstreet.html

I was never into ACW and had never considered collecting it until I saw this post and got interested in Longstreet. The narrative and pictures in this post are above and beyond the others. I ended up buying Longstreet and a deck of cards and will probably buy Sam's next game Blucher as well so it's a win-win for all.

RegardsJJMicromegashttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01847230118361283947noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3103967522725268062.post-52811084387653520632014-06-08T03:19:46.638-07:002014-06-08T03:19:46.638-07:00Can we vote for an advert ? ;)
